These fluffy cinnamon rolls are DIVINE. It has fresh strawberries in between the rolls and a sweet strawberry cream cheese glaze.

ingredients:
rolls:
13g instant yeast
12g milk powder
240g milk (warm)
115g water ( warm)
70g softened butter
60g sugar
1 tsp salt
540g all purpose flour (add little more if sticky)
1 large egg
4-6 tbsp of heavy cream ( to pour on top of rolls) this will make your cinnamon rolls extra soft. i mean who still eats dry cinnamon rolls??? honestly dont even measure! just drizzle it straight from the carton onto the rolls!
Filling:
100g brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
50g unsalted butter (softened)
1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
Glaze:
50g powdered sugar
40z cream cheese
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
1-2 tbsp strawberry jam
2-4 tbsp freeze dried strawberry powder ( i highly recommend this! brings out the gorgeous pink color naturally!)
optional: more freeze dried strawberries on top
instructions:
In a bowl, add in all the ingredients for the rolls and knead it in a stand mixer. Knead until the dough is smooth.
Place the dough in a bowl and cover for 1 hour. Let it rise!
While you wait: chop up fresh strawberries. (Set aside)
In a small bowl, add in the sugar and cinnamon and set this aside as well.
After the hour,
Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out. Roll it into a rectangle about 10x 15 inch.
Slap on the room temp butter and then sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar top.
Spread out the chopped fresh strawberries on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Use a pizza cutter to cut strips. You should have about 12 strips.
Roll each strip and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan.
You should have 12 rolls!
Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise again for about 30min- 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 f. Bake for 25-30 minutes!
While that’s baking, make the strawberry glaze .
In a bowl, add in the room temp cream cheese, vanilla bean paste, strawberry jam, powdered sugar, freeze dried strawberry powder and mix. Slowly add in milk to thin the glaze out.
Pour glaze on top of the rolls!
Add more fresh strawberries on top
