NO BAKE peanut butter pie

This no-bake peanut butter pie made with Justin’s Crunchy Classic Peanut Butter is perfect for the summer!! No oven required!! How awesome is that?! I know the oven hates to see me coming when its so hot outside.. and i live in AZ..
it freezes perfectly too!




Ingredients:
Crust:
24 chocolate sandwich cookies
5 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temp)
1 cup @justins Crunchy Classic Peanut Butter
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 1.5 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Topping:
1/2 cup 120g heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Optional: chopped @justins Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Optional: chocolate drizzle
Optional: crunchy peanut butter drizzle
Optional: peanut butter chips
Direction:
In a big bag or a food processor, add the chocolate sandwich cookies and crush until they are fine crumbs. Pour the crumbs into the bowl and add melted butter. Mix together well.
Pour the mixture in a greased 9 inch pie pan. Set in the fridge for 30min - 1 hour.
Make the filling.In a bowl, add in the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and @justins Crunchy Classic Peanut Butter. Use a hand mixer to mix well.
In a different large bowl, add the heavy cream. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Slowly add in the peanut butter mixture to the whipped cream. Fold until everything is smooth.
Pour and spread evenly onto the chilled pie crust. Let it set in the fridge for 5-8 hours. You can pop it in the freezer for 4 hours.
When it’s almost time to take it out,make the whipped cream topping. Add heavy cream and the powdered sugar into a bowl. Whip until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream layer on top.
Sprinkle the top with @justins Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, peanut butter chips, chocolate drizzle and crunchy peanut butter drizzle.
Slice and serve!
Your cake looks amazing, I’m tempted to make it myself even though it’s absolutely not diet-friendly! 😆
