no bake brownies with peanut butter date caramel
these are NO bake HEALTHY brownies with a delicious sweet peanut butter date caramel layer on top.
been recipe testing healthy no bake desserts i can INDULGE in when im having a major sweet tooth. THIS is it. This whole thing is sweetened from dates. Dates are extremely good for you and doesn’t even spike blood sugar!
Love incorporating them in my desserts.

ingredients:
brownies:
1 cup almond flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup flax meal
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup filtered water
Date caramel:
1 cup medjool dates (pitted)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (to put on top)
Instructions:
All made in a food processor!
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Make the brownie layer first!
In the food processor, add in the almond flour, almond butter, vanilla extract, dates, flaxmeal, and cocoa powder. on medium speed, mix. slowly add in the water and mix until mixture is thick but smooth. add in the brownie layer into the loaf pan. spread evenly.
clean the processor and make the caramel peanut butter layer.
Add in the pitted dates, peanut butter, and vanilla. mix and slowly add in the water. if you want the mixture to be thicker, add less water.
spread that caramel peanut butter layer on top of the brownie layer. top with mini chocolate chips and then put in the freezer for it to set~!
i let mine in the freezer for 2 hours and then placed in fridge.
