• 227g 2 sticks of unsalted butter (cold and cubed)

• 100g granulated sugar

• 180g brown sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 2 tsp red food coloring

• 125g cake flour

• 200g all purpose flour

• 25g dutch processed cocoa powder

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp cornstarch

• pinch of salt

• 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

• 1/4 cup cream cheese chips

• 1/4 cup crushed chopped oreos
