healthy chocolate chip banana bread
Moist warm banana bread with semi sweet chocolate chips & toasted pecans
Guilt free dessert!
this is the most healthiest banana recipe I swear by! Made with no refined sugar and gluten free!
I make a batch almost every week to eat with my yogurt for breakfast it’s so so good
ingredients:
400-450g (about 3Â )riped mashed bananas
2 large eggs
85g 1/4 cup coconut sugar or honey
54g 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp bourbon vanilla bean paste
113g 1/2 cup greek yogurt
180g 1 ¾ cup oat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Handful of chocolate chips & caramel chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan
In a bowl, mash the bananas and then add sugar, eggs, sugar, greek yogurt and vanilla. Mix well!
Sift in the oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda. Mix until there are no more streaks of oat flour.
Next add in the olive oil and fold everything together.
Fold in the walnuts as well!
Pour batter into a pan and then on top, add the chocolate & caramel chips! I also added pecans
Bake for 55 min-1 hour!
