labor day weekend festivities

labor day weekend my husband and I went up to flagstaff with our dog<3

it was a nice relaxing moment. we talked, we laughed, we made good memories.

flagstaff was in the 70s. the air was cool and crisp. I soaked up every inch of that weather. Phx has been in the 100s all week. even today it was 107 degrees.

We went on a 1 hour hike. We did not have hiking shoes so it was a bit harder. Since we had our dog, we didnt want to hike for too long.

we went to a couple of stores, had the BEST fish and chips in the world. When we went inside, we heard a women saying it was better than england.. so our expectations sky rocketed. also its super small in there and its made to order. It comes out piping hot and fresh!

indeed. it was a 10/10. the best i ever had. so fresh. so crispy and the tartar sauce was unbelievable!!

we walked around a bit and i just fell in love with this unique city. it was busy.

also i paid $9 for a really bad matcha :(
