This cookie is inspired by levain bakery style. A thick tall double chocolate cookie base with semi sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.

its crispy on the outside but moist and soft in the inside. Gooey melty chocolate in the throughout the cookie with the marshmallow.. the crunchy graham cracker pieces…My goodness. I L O V E this cookie!
